EATING FOOD IS NOT THE REASON OF WEIGHT GAIN!

Are you gaining weight or under the category of being called an obese? At the back of your head you must have designed a fitness regime for yourself in which you will be cutting on, on your calories, sweating out extra and following a strict diet. Though these things are beneficial but, we fail to understand the actual reason behind gaining weight.
As a common person, we think munching on extra food leads to weight gain. This reason is not a completely false one. But, the hack lies behind a point which we fail to know. The food we eat definitely impacts our growth and weight but the capacity of your body to digest that food is the major reason in your weight gain

To control your weight gain you should follow few tips:

1. Eat only thrice a day.

2. If you feel hungry between these three meals then you can munch on some light foods but the condition is that these foods must be natural. Packaged and artificial foods shall be completely avoided during these munching time.

3. To make it easier, follow a simple thumb rule. Suppose you eat a 100% food in the day; 50% shall be eaten in your breakfast, 35% during your lunch and 15% at your dinner time.


4. Avoid eating food late at night. The ideal time as per Ayurveda is to consume the last meal of the day which dinner by 6 in the evening.

5. 70 percent of your food shall include natural food which includes fruits, salads, soups etc. nothing artificial shall fall under this 70% category.

6. We usually grab our food in one go, which means you eat food in bulk once in a while. This is the biggest danger you are giving to your body. Eat in small chunks and let your body function normally and naturally.

Remember that obesity is the leading cause of all the body diseases, estimation says 90 percent of body problems occur because of obesity.
